The island of Skyros can be reached from the port of Kymi in Euboea by ship (Achilles), which operates daily.
Kymi is located 160 km from Athens.
If you have your own car then we can offer detailed directions regarding your journey from Athens or wherever you are located in Greece. A daily coach service runs from the Intercity Bus Company (KTEL) from Athens to the port of Kymi. Skyros can also be reached by air from Athens or Thessaloniki with Olympic Airways.
